‘Invert Ready’ is our introductory invert training program that is suitable for beginner to intermediate polers working on landing and nailing their invert crucifix with control. There are no prerequisites, so you can jump in and get started!

‘Strong Straddles’ is suitable for high-level beginner or intermediate polers, looking to nail their invert straddle. Participants will need a strong and confident invert crucifix (feet on the pole) on both sides as a prerequisite for this program.

‘Straddle Pro’ is suitable for high-level intermediate, advanced, or elite polers that are wanting to work on their straight leg inverts, aerial and spinning straddles. Participants should have a strong invert straddle on both sides (straddle from the ground without feet touching the pole) before starting this program.

Program Features: 

  • 12-week in-app progressive strengthening program designed by The Pole Physio team

  • 3 programs available, catering for all levels of pole dancers - from beginner to elite/professionals

  • Exercise from the comfort of your own home with our ready to start programs

  • Each training week includes:

    • 2 x 30-45 minute OFF-the-pole workouts 

    • 1 x 30-45 minute ON-the-pole workout

  • In-app support and guidance from the Pole Physio strength & conditioning coach 

  • Access to the in-app training program for 6 months​

Accessible through the Pole Physio app and desktop computer, our workouts are conveniently adaptable to your home or pole environment, giving you all of the conditioning and strength progressions you need to nail your no-kick straddle in no time.

Start the program by taking baseline strength measurements and watch your skills improve firsthand as you work through the program. The Pole Physio team will be in touch with you frequently over the course of the 12-weeks with support, guidance and tips. Rest assure you’ll be cared for from the moment you sign-up through to the final workout.
