‘Master the Mount’ is our introductory shoulder mount training program that is suitable for high intermediate to low advanced polers working on nailing their shoulder mount safely. To start this program you require a confident and strong floor straddle on both sides.

‘Strong Shoulder Mounts’ is suitable for advanced polers, looking to nail their aerial and or straight leg shoulder mount. Participants will need a strong and confident bent knee shoulder mount from the floor on both sides as a prerequisite to commence this training program.

‘Shoulder Mount Pro’ is suitable for high-level advanced and pre-elite polers that are wanting to work on their deadlift shoulder mounts. Participants must have a strong aerial shoulder mount on both sides before starting this program.

Program Features: 

  • 12-week in-app progressive strengthening program designed by The Pole Physio team

  • 3 program levels available, catering for most levels of pole dancers - from intermediate to elite/professionals 

  • Exercise from the comfort of your own home with our ready to start programs

  • Each training week includes: 

    • 2 x 30-45 minute OFF-the-pole workouts 

    • 1 x 30-45 minute ON-the-pole workout

  • In-app support and guidance from the Pole Physio strength & conditioning coach 

  • Access to the in-app training program for 6 months​​​
