'Core Control' is the perfect training program to build core strength, engagement, and awareness from the ground up. Perfect for all levels of polers wanting to improve their ab strength, this 6-week programme will give you the foundation you need to progress with confidence. No prerequisites, just bring your determination and get ready to feel the difference.


'Core Crusher' takes your core training to the next level with more complex exercises designed to power up your strength, stability, and control for more advanced pole tricks. Perfect for those who really want to challenge their core strength. Participants are encouraged to complete level 1 before attempting level 2 or have at least a 1.5 minute kneeling plank hold
'Core Champion' is the ultimate test of core strength for polers ready to go all in. This advanced 6-week programme is designed to challenge your core in every way - building the core strength needed to nail those heavy core-focused moves like the Iron X or deadlift. Participants are encouraged to complete level 2 before attempting level 3 or have at least a 1.5 minute plank hold (on toes).
