Meet Kristine
Kristine graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and worked as a personal trainer before going on to complete her Master of Science degree in physiotherapy at Leeds Beckett University in the U.K.
For over 15 years Kristine had played rugby and experienced her fair share of sport related injuries. She knows first hand the ups and downs of rehabilitation. This is why she is passionate about helping others with injury prevention and rehabilitation.
In 2018 Kristine started pole as a way to increase her flexibility, but was humbled by the strength required to perform even beginner moves. She loves pole for its diverse and supportive community and is wanting to give back by sharing her knowledge and experience.
