Meet Sam
Sam is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and aerialist based on the Gold Coast. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) from Griffith University and has worked in hospitals, private practice, and online, supporting a wide range of clients. From athletes chasing peak performance to people managing chronic conditions and invisible illnesses such as MCAS, POTS, and hypermobility spectrum disorders, Sam treats it all. She loves helping people make practical, lasting changes with their nutrition so they can feel and perform their best.
An aerialist for eight years and coach for over three, Sam has taught students at all levels, from beginners just finding their feet to advanced performers perfecting their craft.
Sam's love for nutrition started at 11, when she and her mum discovered the Australian Institute of Sport Cookbook. That early fascination with fuelling for performance stuck, eventually leading her to become a dietitian—and in a full-circle moment, the cookbook’s author went on to supervise her Honours thesis.

As both a performer and coach, with also an elite sports background in netball, weightlifting and bodybuilding, Sam knows firsthand the physical and mental challenges aerialists face. She’s passionate about helping athletes understand their bodies, fuel for performance, and build a healthy relationship with food. Her approach is practical, evidence-based, and focused on long-term wellbeing—whether that’s building strength, performing at your best, preventing injuries, or avoiding the risks of under-fuelling like RED-S, hypothalamic amenorrhoea, and disordered eating.
