- Have been seen in the previous 12 weeks by a dietetic member of The Pole Physio team
- Are wanting to be seen by that member for the same dietetic condition or concern

30 minutes in length​

For returning patients of The Pole Physio that meet any of the following criteria:

- Have not been seen in the previous 12 weeks by their usual treating therapist
- Are wanting to be seen for the same presenting dietetic condition/concern by a different therapist
- Require a longer appointment time
(1 hour)
