Dietetics with The Pole Physio

Am I fuelling Enough?

This is a self-reflection screening tool created by our Pole and Aerial dietitians to help you explore whether your current fuelling is actually supporting your training, recovery, and performance.

It is not a diagnostic tool or medical advice, but when answered honestly, it can help guide you towards the most appropriate level of nutritional support for your needs.

Dietetics for Pole Dancers & Aerialists

Our dietitians provide specialised online support for pole dancers and aerialists at all levels - from recreational athletes through to professional performers. We understand the unique demands of training in these sports, including the balance between strength, flexibility, endurance, recovery, and the often complex relationship between food, body image, and performance.

Whether your goal is to improve energy levels, support recovery between training sessions, optimise performance, or simply feel more confident in how you’re fuelling your body, our dietitians work with you to create a practical, sustainable approach tailored to your needs.

We regularly support athletes with:

  • Under-fuelling and low energy availability

  • RED-S risk and recovery support

  • Performance nutrition for training and performance goals

  • Digestive concerns and fuelling around training

  • Body composition goals in a performance-focused context

  • Building a more sustainable and confident relationship with food

Our approach is evidence-based, individualised, and grounded in the realities of pole and aerial training. There are no generic meal plans or one-size-fits-all advice  - just practical, athlete-specific support designed around your body and your goals.

All appointments are delivered online, making support accessible to pole dancers and aerialists.
