Meet Mischka

Melbourne born and based, Mischka found her love for pole dancing when she began classes in 2011 at Pole Divas, one of the most reputable studios in Victoria (Australia). She quickly became addicted to the fitness benefits and freedom of expression that pole dancing can offer, and began teaching 2012.

Obtaining her masters degree in Exercise Rehabilitation, Mischka worked as an exercise physiologist for 4 years while also teaching at Pole Divas before deciding to teach full time in 2018. While she does not work in rehab anymore, she has a keen interest in her students movement patterns, rehab from injury, and prehab specific to pole dancing, making her an invaluable source of body related information.

After competing in amateur and semi pro competitions, Mischka decided to turn her focus to competing professionally in 2016, winning the title of Miss Pole Dance Australia 2020 and Exotic Flow Champion 2023.

Competing and teaching has given her a chance to experiment with her movement which, although always evolving, has made her most well known for her static dynamic combos and fluid flow choreography.
