Meet Mischka

Melbourne born and based, Mischka found her love for pole dancing when she began pole classes in 2011. She quickly became addicted to the fitness benefits and freedom of expression that pole dancing can offer, and began teaching pole classes in 2012.

After obtaining her masters degree in Exercise Rehabilitation, Mischka worked as an exercise physiologist for 4 years whilst also teaching pole dance before deciding to teach full time in 2018. And she hasn't looked back since. Whilst Mischka does not work in rehab anymore, she has a keen interest in her students movement patterns, rehab from injury, and prehab specific to pole dancing, making her an invaluable source of body related information.

After competing in amateur and semi pro competitions, Mischka decided to turn her focus to competing professionally in 2016, winning the major titles of Miss Pole Dance Australia 2020, Miss Pole Dance Australia 2023, Australian Pole Champion 2023 and Pole Icon 2024.

Competing and teaching has given her a chance to experiment with her movement which, although always evolving, has made her most well known for her powerful dynamic static combos and fluid flow choreography.
