Meet Jess
Jess is the Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Pole Physio. In her role, she supports the Director with the development of the Pole Physio's online training programs! Additionally, Jess is reponsible for supporting and encouraging participants taking part in these training programs and answering any queries throughout.

Jess is originally from New Zealand, and has been working in the pole and fitness industry for the last 5-6 years. She has her Certificate in Exercise and Personal Training (both Level 4 and Level 5) as well as a Bachelor of Communication Studies (2016).
Jess has been teaching pole fitness since 2020, including being Head Instructor at two Pole studios, and has been a BFT (Body Fit Training) group fitness instructor since 2022. Since 2023, Jess has stepped into managing her own clients as a private Personal Trainer, with a large focus on injury prevention and rehabilitation, core strengthening, pole strength cross-training, and muscle building.
Her biggest passion, by far, is people. She loves seeing the physical and mental benefits that exercise and fitness brings to her clients, and thrives on helping her clients become stronger and healthier versions of themselves everyday.
Jess can’t wait to help the Pole Physio’s clients get stronger and fitter throughout their individual pole journeys, and be a support to them as they engage with our products and services.
