Introducing our Pole-ished Lines program tailored specifically for pole dancers, crafted by our seasoned pole dancing physiotherapists. This is the ultimate lower limb training series for pole dancers who want cleaner lines, stronger points, and to abolish the micro-bend for good.

Over 6 weeks, this evidence-based training program will guide you through targeted off-the-pole training to enhance lower body strength, control, coordination, and extension. Whether your goal is to refine your lines for photos, level up to straight leg transitions, look cleaner and improve feedback in your performances, or to reduce your risk of injury – this program builds strength through movement.

Designed with cutting-edge principles of strength and conditioning, the program features three 30-45-minute workouts per week, conveniently adaptable to your home environment with minimal equipment requirements. Begin by assessing your baseline measures and witness your progress firsthand with our flexibility and strength tests. Throughout the program expect expert weekly support, physiotherapist-designed progression, and targeted exercises for all joints and muscles of the lower limb that actually work at improving lines.

Whether you're preparing for performance, progressing your flow, or ready to level up your technique – it's time to polish your lines and let your legs do the talking.
