'Front Split Foundations' is the perfect starting point to build your flexibility from the ground up. Designed for all levels of pole dancers and aerialists, this 12-week program will guide you through safe, progressive training to help you open your hips and lengthen your hamstrings with confidence. Get ready to lay the groundwork for your flexibility journey. Before starting this program, participants must be pain and/or injury free in the legs and spine when training front splits.


'Total Touchdown' takes your front splits training to the next level with deeper stretches, targeted mobility work, and advanced progressions to get you to touchdown. Perfect for pole dancers and aerialists ready to challenge their flexibility, control, and body awareness, this 12-week program is designed to help you achieve a clean, confident, and fully grounded split. Participants must at least have been consistently training their splits for 3-6 months and are within 20cm of the floor in their front splits. Participants must be pain and/or injury free in the legs and spine when training front splits. Participants are encouraged to complete 'Front Split Foundations', but it it is not a requirement.
'Super Splits' is the ultimate challenge for pole dancers ready to take their front split flexibility to the next level. This advanced 12-week program is designed to work your mobility, control, and strength through over-splits, and advanced front split flexibility drills. It is perfect for those chasing elite-level shapes like needle scales. Participants must have a flat comfortable front split (ideally on both sides) and a strong backbend/bridge. Participants must be pain and/or injury free in the legs and spine when training front splits. Participants are encouraged to complete 'Total Touchdown', but it it is not a requirement. Participants are encouraged to have a comfortable pancake.
