‘Butterfly Builder’ is our butterfly training program that is suitable for intermediate polers working on nailing their butterfly, and extended butterfly safely. To start this program you require a confident and strong straddle, outside leg hang and crucifix on both sides.


‘Ayesha Academy’ is suitable for advanced polers, looking to nail their Pike and Ayesha. Participants will require a strong and confident extended butterfly on their preferred side as well as a confident and strong straddle, outside leg hang and crucifix on both sides to commence this training program.
‘Handspring Hero’ is suitable for high-level advanced and pre-elite polers that are wanting to work on their forward and backward entry handspring in a number of different grips. Participants must have a confident preferred side Ayesha and strong straddle, outside leg hang and crucifix on both sides to commence this training program.
